The beach access is fantastic. I loved the tranquil mornings by the ocean before the crowds arrived.
The air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, which was frustrating during my stay.

casa gitano certainly tries, but I was underwhelmed when they charged me for overpriced bottled water and didn’t even notify me about housekeeping entering my room without a word. I thought maybe they’d compensate for this oversight but, apparently, that’s too much to ask. they basically treat guests like strangers, true luxury.

I loved lounging by the beach club in the mornings with a fresh coffee and that peaceful vibe before it got lively in the afternoon. The spa had an awesome full body massage and also a quiet sun terrace to chill out. Just a heads up, the A/C could be a bit finicky but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😌

Serene Stay with Some Drawbacks
The powerful ocean sounds made mornings special. Make dinner reservations ahead for the on-site restaurant for better availability. Despite a few issues, it’s a peaceful getaway if you prioritize relaxation.

The Suite with Sea View was pretty cozy. Loved the lovely decor and how comfortable the bed was. Plus, A/C worked well, which was a lifesaver in the Tulum heat. The shower had fresh water, which is a big deal! Just a heads-up that the A/C was a tad finicky sometimes, but it didn’t totally mess up my stay. Sound of the waves really added to the vibe. 🌊
